2 ★Looks like a good app but why do you need payment details for a free trial? I'd like to try the 7 day free trial without the hassle of giving my payment details, before deciding to subscribe or not. Feels problematic to me I.e. cancelling subscriptions is rarely straight forward. Also £4.99 seems a bit much per month for what appears to be a TV subscription, I'm now left wondering if the educational games are any good as I don't feel comfortable signing up without trialling the app first.

1 ★absolutely awful app, I've been trying to cancel for 4 months now and nobody seems to be able to help. I've contacted Hopster on many occasions only to be fobbed off and charged month after month. Contacting Google has been impossible. For the sake of your mental health, stay well away from downloading app. Hopster you should be ashamed. **update** I've been asked by Hopster to update. My subscription has now been successfully cancelled. Shouldn't have taken a negative review for this to happen!
1 ★Half the time it gets stuck on the loading screen and I pay for this garbage too. I have an autistic child who unfortunately loves this app, so it really sucks to have this issue since it always causes meltdowns! Do yourself a favor and skip on this one!!
1 ★subscription process is a headache. I was charged for the subscription and was never able to gain access. I sent emails to the developer for assistance on 2-3 occassions and was given thte same instructions that did not work. This app is a rip off. I want my money back
2 ★I loved hopster, but every time I try to put it on my sons tablet or phone, it will not connect the purchased pieces. It says theres an error. So I cancel the subscription and try again but NOPE. It still doesnt work. Of course, there is never any help with hopsters support... really hope they figure out their issues because this was my childs favorite app..
1 ★Do not download this app if you ever want to cancel it!!!! Never worked in the first place and have been paying 4.99 every month for a year and still unable to cancel, as all the links that are available to cancel the app, dont work!!! So upset!!!
5 ★My 3 year old daughter loves this, she has developed alot of knowledge within a week, her speech is increasing well, she's pronouncing words very well, she knows all her shapes, alphabet and numbers and she's improving well with her writing. I 100% recommend this to any parent who wants to stimulate and improve their child's learning :)
1 ★Not a good app. downloaded it for my grandson and he could only use a few things on the rest did not work, I have been trying for days to cancel the subscription and have not been able to, now they have charged my card still can't use it and still can't cancel it!! very frustration app to use or deal with.
5 ★Used this app during the free trial and my daughter wasn't interested in it. She's only 2. But I had a hard time canceling but someone helped me cancel and that was good. Maybe would try this app again when she's a little older.
3 ★my son (14 months) is a little young for this app, but he does love watching some of the cartoons. I just wish the app was available for Android TV, or at least had Chromecast support so the shows could be enjoyed on a bigger screen.
5 ★My kids aged 7 & 2 both love this app, it has the variability to keep them entertained for hours and they share it nicely while watching shows, then have turns with the games and creativity apps. Well worth the monthly subscription!! Keep up the good work Hopster
