Description
Currently at alpha release quality, Pixphony provides an Android endpoint for the Intel Curie™ based PixMob wristband as shown at CES 2016.Use the band to trigger MIDI events; Pixphony will receive them over Bluetooth LE and play back an instrument sample of your choice.
The application also enabled an on-screen touch-playable piano keyboard.
The application is still in development. If you are an Android developer and would like to contribute features and or bug fixes, please contact jameson.h.williams@intel.com .

How to install Pixphony APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Pixphony APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (org.nosemaj.pixphony-v0.0.1-ApkClean.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
