1 ★After setting the language in English every single detail in the sign up process was in Dutch. Inside the train and stations also not a single announcement in English. We sat on a random seat, conductor came said ok then after a few hours another passenger enters and tells us it was their seat but at that time train was almost full so we went in completely unnecessary trouble. It was helpful to have instant updates of schedule though.
4 ★Very good in locating trains, timings and transters. Need to work on the notifications. I do not remember getting notified on anything. Used the app during my resent trip to the Netherlands and was very helpful!
2 ★The company itself is a rip off. Now I'm on the train in Germany(I live in Nederland) and the app decides now to crash and the while day it was fine. Unbelievable restarting my phone and reinstalling did not help at all. 😑
1 ★The app sends a notification about the cancelled first leg of my journey 15 min before the first Train departure even though yesterday in the evening it was already known it's cancelled. Fortunately, living here I have zero trust in Dutch trains so I checked it myself and will make it on time for the second leg of my trip Edit: it was 3 min before the journey
1 ★Really bad customer support , app gets into issues while booking and customer support don't respond so as booking team. Keep on going to dutch recorded lines even after English selection and call disconnects. Don't respond On chat options of app. Extremely poor support.
1 ★Terrible app. my imported booking shows other information than the mail. Station to transfer train is not part of ice trip! Transfer time not calculated correctly. Notifications provide wrong info. Real nightmare.
3 ★Delay notifications are not working in the app. Attempting to change this setting produces an error that states "Notification settings could not be saved." I get a similar error message on iOS.
1 ★The authentication is a nightmare. Either not available, or wrong password even if it's correct, and when it finally works and you open the app again you have to log in again..
1 ★App is constantly crashing when I try to view anything about my booking. Tickets, route info, etc. Clean install, have tried logging out and back in again.
1 ★horrible and useless app. I just downloaded the app to get my tickets in the app. I keep receiving the "Error while importing" message and can't even login on the app. Logging in on the website works just fine.
1 ★Horrible! After booking there is no way to add the trip in the app. Worst app ever. And the whole webpage is full off lies. You can't book in the app and the mail does not provide a way to add the booking.
1 ★Loud sound and vibration on every screen click. Unusable.
