4 ★+ Good and comfortable, mass of formats (pdf, odt), clear intuitive design, possible to open file on comp correctly +No ads +Russian language included - Problems with Korean input. Doesn't view Korean text. I can not see it while type in the document, but after opening this file on comp - the Korean text is there. ((( So it doeson't view Korean syllables actually, because I can see only letters. I added Korean font - still same problem. The app is nice, but because of Korean Language input problems, seems I need smth else.
5 ★In a sentence, "most feature packed and user friendly office, odffriendly." Okiie quickly, tried all and every suite avail. Textmaker evenopens and saves in odf. The 'ace-ness' doesn't stop...and at no cost.I useon my desktop, there's a real Linux version (not WINEware athough theWinduh version runs perfectly under WINE for all BSD desktops, et al). Haveused steelmaker since the mir90e, and have even typed 3 of many bikesexclusively across the various versions (Linux, mobile&tablet,) Bring onthe : )s.
5 ★I just wanted an app to work with MS-Word and OpenDocument (.odt) files on my phone and on Dropbox, without any other functionality, and this is it. It integrates fine with Solid Explorer file manager. It has menus, toolbars and context menus similar to those on a desktop word processor but adapted for the small touchscreen. Comments and Track Changes work. Thanks developers!
4 ★I'm very impressed with this app, having tried most of the competitors. Particularly useful for me is that it can read rtf files. The only thing that makes me give 4 and not 5 stars is that it doesn't yet connect to Box, although Dropbox and other cloud services are supported.
3 ★I like that I can choose the font folder, so the app uses fonts that Iwant... not what the system tells me I should use. However, I'mdisappointed that this app doesn't allow me to change margin or page sizes.For a word processor these functions are generally available. Well I'llkeep looking for another word processor.
4 ★Competent, ad-free office suite that can be used offline if the email feature isn't used. Interface is a bit old-fashioned but intuitive. PDF export only, no import. No Share or Print menus. Google Drive SaveSave As doesn't work. Google throws a user-agent error.
5 ★I really like SoftMaker products. Now they have to support Chromebooks asthe Android store can be used on these devices since last year. Don'tinstall if you have a N23 Yoga like me. Please Softwaker the chromebookmarket is growing....
4 ★Tried Microsoft Word and OneDrive, what a mess nothing works right. This app is not only beautiful but has everything most would want and it just works for free. With being able to share out to dropbox is an added plus. I would like to see the word of what the icons are under the icons on the tool bars but being on a phone I do understand why it don't.
3 ★Android6.User for one year+. Positive. It is possible to write documents in different formats;and it works offline!! Negative. # I can not copy from clipboard or other documents. # All of a sudden, one day all my saved documents were gone, just like that. Sum. Even if this is not perfect; I've not been able to find a better one available out there. Make sure to keep backup of anything important.
5 ★This app is like a breath of fresh air, with all things considered. So many apps nowadays bug you with constant DLC prompts and invasive ads. That's not an issue here. Clean, small data footprint, and super fast - TextMaker Mobile is the best Document editor around!
3 ★There are some great features in this app. However, it's not finished. Could not get the copy function to work within a document. As a result, changes to things like font could only be done one word at a time. Tried the help feature on a different matter and the option it told me to change wasn't available in the menu referenced in help.
5 ★I like many others love the app but have two questions. Can I remove access to online storage. And although I was able to create or export to pdf format when trying to open the same format it is unable to read or have a save in pdf option. As no one else seems to mention this problem could you please tell me how to fix this or if it is / isn't supported. I use it on a Samsung Android iPhone Thankfully Robert
