A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★So far it's annoyingly slow and drawn out. One tiny topic each day, no notifications to remind you to get back into the app. If it weren't on my homescreen it would have been forgotten about after day 1. Journaling is hit and miss on when it actually saves also not enough space to write, cuts off mid thought unless you keep it super short. Tasks don't check off once completed. More annoying than helpful so far but I paid for 6 months so hoping it gets better. Would be nice to have more in depth
3 ★Overall I'm enjoying the app experience. There are a few things that I would like to see included and a couple bugs that are slightly annoying. Like the date in the middle journal defaulting to the day before I chose. Also, alarm type reminders would be really nice to make sure that I do not forget to go into the app to work on that days activities or lessons, at least until the routine has been established.
4 ★I like that there is an option for having information read to you. If I'm having a hard time focusing, reading along with the audio helps, HOWEVER speed options would make that a much more helpful feature. I usually listen to audio books between 1.5 and 1.75 speed and regular speed is TORTURE and becomes a distraction in itself. I also like how the app is positive and encouraging. I do struggle a bit with really utilizing it though.
2 ★1. With no time zone adjustment available, my days don't match up with the app's. 2. There's no option to take notes. In describing the types of procrastinators, for instance, a checkbox system (or notepad) wasn't available to record the results. 3. Alarm capabilities for activities would be very helpful. With these things missing, the benefit of having an electronic app instead of a workbook is lacking. 🙄🙄
3 ★Where are the features to help? As someone with adhd, I need an app to remind me of most things, and while you can set notifications- there aren't any. Even being able to get a reminder to use the app would go a long way towards using the exercises. I wish there had been a free trial prior to using, I would have never paid $60 for 6 months. You'll find out quickly it's not helpful. The suggestions are for things I paid far less for, and nothing new. Good idea, poor execution.
5 ★Cute little app. Helps you keep track of your moods, and gives you lots of different grounding & breathing exercises to center yourself. Keeps track of your activities, and it actually does help to calm quite a bit. I like the simple graphics too, they're really cute. I especially appreciate the calendar view (or mood journal) of your moods, it makes it easier to track what is going on with you and gives you a much better sense of how to attack those bad moods, that terrible anxiety and depression, and turn the sad days into happy days. And more!
4 ★So far it's been a good tool. I'm not too good with keeping up with it every day but the notifications are a good reminder. It needs a dark mode. At first I didn't use the app much because I had issues others had (activities not marking as complete, the plan didn't seem to be focused on procrastination) but I'm noticing improvement. I'm not sure if there was an update that fixed these things but most important was that my plan focused on procrastination.
5 ★I really liked the app. It broke things down into small easier to digest bits. There is no way to just instantaneously change bad mental habits and procrastination is one of them. My only issue is I wish they would tie procrastination more into what people are learning. I understood it but people who aren't as in the know on mental processes may not get it, when you finish you will understand it. It is not going to cure you 100% by the end but you will have the tools to get better and better.
1 ★Useless and very expensive. I've had it for only a few days, but I thought that this app might be able to legitimately help me since it was pricey and the quiz seemed well thought out. Turns out I paid $60 for a basic mood tracker app. It has one minute of reading for you every 24 hours... That's not really 'at my pace', and every bit of reading it gives you can be found on Google. The app feels like it was programmed in under a day and it just quotes random sections of Wikipedia.
2 ★It's really frustrating that it starts a new day somewhere in the middle of the day. I'm not sure when exactly as there's no visibility to when this will happen. It makes it so I can't finish the tasks because they disappear on me and get replaced. I can't structure my day around when an app will decide it's a new day. And with ADHD this is extra bad, extremely interruptive. You'd think the designers would know how difficult that kind of thing is for people with ADHD, given the app's purpose.
1 ★I was excited about the app and the quiz was easy. I understood it was a paid service but I don't feel I got much for how expensive it is. They send you different things to read every day in a very corporate e-learning kind of way. I didn't get anything actionable nor any kind of feedback to know how I was doing. I would not recommend it. It felt more like studying for a standardized test than something helpful.
1 ★This app will not install. I have plenty of room on my phone and my device does indicate compatibility. I just paid 47.99 for an app that still says "pending" after an hour of trying to install. I have checked my storage space, and we have high speed fiber optic internet. So, I do not believe the problem is on my end. *Update-I filed a report with PayPal and cancelled the recurring subscription payment. Magically, the app appearing after a "pending" status on the install after several hours.
