Accessibility Service API Feature usage permission:
Our app uses the "accessibility settings" to allow quick access to EPG feature. Our EPG feature allows users to simulate the "Guide": feature on cable set top boxes. The Guide feature lists the Channels and program playing and allows switching to new channels. Similarly our EPG feature links to TV channels streaming on different apps like youtube or ott apps like Zee5. On clicking the "Multi-app" button, the EPG feature is triggered and users will be able to see information related to currently running programs across all channels. This reduces memory usage in low-memory devices as we completely avoid app-switching to access information. For triggering the EPG feature on remote button click we need accessibility permissions. This feature is enabled only after users are educated on what the permission does and why we need it in a wizard UI. Users can turn this feature off, if they want to.
The AccessibilityService Prominent Disclosure can be accessed by clicking the "EPG" icon on Appbar of home screen.

Prominent Disclosure
EPG Accessibility permission using "Multi-App" remote button
We are using Accessibility & Display-over-Apps permission to provide EPG. Using this, the users can get a glimpse of all currently running programs (Live Channels & OTTs) in a single view from any screen in android TV.
NOTE: NO USER DATA IS EXTRACTED USING THIS PERMISSION.
This feature is purely for app functionality. The Users can grant & revoke the permissions anytime. Even if the user doesn't give consent for accessibility EPG feature, the app will continue to work properly (without the EPG feature).

Questions & Answers
Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
