Una ciudad que ofrece seguridad, comodidad y amabilidad.
Por eso estamos convirtiendo a Oviedo en la primera capital cultural Cincuenter.
¿PARA?
1. INSPIRAR.
Entendemos la falta de inspiración como uno de los principales obstáculos que tiene que superar este colectivo. En un mundo dominado por protagonistas masculinos, vemos una clara oportunidad para crear modelos y heroínas en la comunidad Cincuenter que ayuden a soñar a las mujeres.
Tenemos la memoria, el conocimiento y la veteranía.
Necesitamos referentes y visibilidad.
2. EMPRENDER Y APRENDER
Ni nos hemos rendido ni estamos amortizadas.
Hay que favorecer y apoyar el emprendimiento, no sólo el profesional, incluso el personal: cambiar de actitud, cambiar las reglas de la propia vida, también es emprendimiento.
Las mujeres que estuvieron en la edición anterior y las que estarán en esta son mujeres sabias, experimentadas, deseosas de compartir sin dejar de aprender.
3. CONECTAR
Las conexiones y relaciones dentro de la comunidad Cincuenter son uno de los pilares fundamentales de nuestra estrategia. Crear sinergias, sumar fuerzas y compartir experiencias son factores fundamentales en el camino hacia el empoderamiento de las mujeres D+D50.
¿POR QUÉ?
Es necesario poner altavoces al servicio de las mujeres que han cumplido los 50 para que su voz se oiga, para que pregonen su presencia y su disposición, hagan saber que están más fuertes y son más sabias que nunca, demuestren que tienen mucho que contar y mucho que aportar.
Esta es nuestra manera de decir que estamos aquí, orgullosas de lo conseguido, y que nos ofrecemos como referencia.
Que ni somos invisibles ni nos conformamos con permanecer al margen.
