Somos un Organismo Público Descentralizado (OPD), con personalidad jurídica y patrimonio propio, encargado de administrar y operar el sistema de estaciones de radio y televisión públicas del estado de Guerrero.Misión.- Nuestra misión es producir, adquirir y difundir programas culturales, educativos e informativos que contribuyan al fortalecimiento de la identidad con respeto a la multiculturalidad; coadyuven a la creación de lectores y públicos para las artes; colaboren con la socialización del conocimiento y la divulgación científica y tecnológica; favorezcan la extensión de los valores sociales de la democracia, la pluralidad y el estado de derecho; y propicien el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico y la participación ciudadana en los diferentes ámbitos de la vida pública.
Visión. - Buscamos garantizar la cobertura total de nuestra señal en el territorio guerrerense a través de todas las plataformas tecnológicas a nuestro alcance; consolidar la calidad de la producción televisiva y radiofónica procurando la colaboración de las audiencias en la configuración de contenidos; y constituirnos en un espacio de reflexión, diálogo y debate respetuoso que contribuya en el proceso de desarrollo social integral de los guerrerenses.
Objetivo. - Ofrecer a los guerrerenses una radio y una televisión con identidad propia, competitiva a nivel nacional, con los más altos índices de calidad y eficiencia, con programas de alto contenido cultural, educativo e informativo, que sean una alternativa dentro de la oferta mediática estatal y ofrezcan contenidos a aquellos sectores de la población que no son atendidos por los medios privados.
