De Efteling Lab-app is in het leven geroepen om digitale innovaties in een aparte omgeving te testen met gasten. Zo komen we er sneller en beter achter wat wel en niet wordt gewaardeerd en kunnen we de reguliere Efteling-app beter maken.
De service die je nu kunt testen is die van persoonlijke adviezen gegeven door Pennenveer. De app geeft op basis van je locatie, je gezelschap en de verwachte wachttijden een advies over welke attractie je het beste kunt bezoeken.
Houd er rekening mee dat bij het gebruik van de app je je locatie deelt met de app, ook als je deze niet gebruikt. Op die manier weet Pennenveer waar je bent geweest en krijg je net bezochte attracties niet als advies. Het delen van je locatie stopt zodra je de Efteling verlaat.
