「Be Kobe Fun！」は、神戸の回遊性向上・消費活性化を目的とした実証実験用アプリケーションです。本実証実験は、KOBEスマートシティ推進コンソーシアム 賑わい創出プロジェクトの一環で行います。なお、サービス提供エリアは三宮・北野・元町・ウォーターフロントのエリアに限定しています。主な機能は以下の通りになります。
① インセンティブ(ポイント)の付与
サービス提供エリア内にて、来街者の行動（移動）に応じたポイント、エリア跨ぎポイント、スポットチェックインポイントが付与されます（初回起動時には、ボーナスポイントを付与）
② デジタルクーポンの発行(ポイントと交換)
付与ポイントはサービス提供エリアで利用可能な店舗で使用できるクーポンに変換できます
③ 個人に合わせた情報通知と行動提案
来街者一人ひとりの状況に合わせた情報通知、おすすめスポットや移動手段を提案します
④ 耳寄り情報
サービス提供エリアの耳寄り情報を提供いたします
⑤ 交通情報
推奨する目的地までの移動手段および旅行時間情報を表示します
