5 ★Great but am I missing something? I haven't had 1 bad thing to eat at Culver's and the service is top tier. What I don't understand is why doesn't the app also have a dine in option that works with the table placards or the same thing on the menu as the location you are visiting? You can order curbside and pick up but have to use the website or counter for dine in and no waffle cone in app. Kinda wishing they had a rewards program too because without it the app is kind of pointless.

1 ★I didn't get cheeseballs with my order when I was at Culver's

2 ★Would be 5 stars if I could get the flavor of the day as a concrete mixer. This is probably one of the biggest flaws you could have! You are known for your flavor of the days!!!

5 ★Culver's has great food decently clean but the app is horrible acts like it was created in 1990

1 ★The app was working fpr months with no problems. It keeps getting worse. Reinstalling doesn't fix it. The app crashes after adding to cart. Update 3/4. Reinstalled. No change. Still crashes after adding to cart.

2 ★App still needs work. When you try to add your order to bag, message pops up "something is wrong, select toppings". Toppings have already been selected but the message stays the same.

1 ★This app is garbage. Slow and laggy. Won't process order when I select payment method and am ready to check out. I literally have to go thru the website to process my order. So bad. Waste of time. Get with the times, Culver's. Your lack of usable tech will leave your company in the dust

1 ★So what's the point of this app exactly besides ordering online?

2 ★App has been great for ordering food. I can see the flavor of the day of ice cream for my favorites but I can't order it. When I called my local Culver's asking how to add the fotd to my order, they said to just call and they'd make sure it was made. I do not want to call them every time I want the fotd, I wanted to use the app to skip giving verbal orders. If they make it easier to order the fotd then I will up the rating.

1 ★Unable to pay. Keep getting 'invalid authentication token'. Tried 4 different cards and it's the same error. I'm now suspicious someone on their backend is collecting CC accounts data for harmful purposes.
