BOYS AND MENとは、2010年に結成された東海エリア出身・在住のメンバーで構成されたイケメンユニット、通称「ボイメン」のこと。
現在東海地方、東南アジア含めテレビ・ラジオのレギュラー10本以上が放送されている。
歌・ダンス・芝居だけでなくミュージカルなどもこなすエンターテイメント集団。
2015年2月には日本ガイシホールでの1万人ライブも成功させ、今最も勢いのあるボーイズグループの一つ。
2016年1月6日リリース「BOYMEN NINJA」、2月3日リリース「Wanna be！」(ドラマ『白鳥麗子でございます！』主題歌)ではオリコンデイリーチャート、ウィークリーチャート共に初登場1位獲得。
同3月よりメンバー総出演の映画「復讐したい」（山田悠介原作）が全国公開。
東海エリアを代表する男性グループとして話題となっている。
2017年1月7日には、武道館でのライブもひかえ、全国へと本格的に活動範囲も広げ、更なるブレークの予感間違いなし。
