1 ★Used this twice. 1st time I actually got a taxi with it. However, the booking didn't say one was on its way and no cabs were shown on the tracking Map. All I received was an SMS when it arrived in my street. 2nd time I used it again no acknowledgement a taxi is on the way and this time there was no taxi so I found an alternative way to get home. Tried to cancel the request but even that was broken. Seriously these apps are used all around the world, Why can't Darwin have a working taxi app?

1 ★SMS never comes through so your unable to register and book. Other states have an app with no issues... yet again we miss out

1 ★Booked a cab to the airport on the app a few hours before. No one rocked up. Rang and no taxis available. What's the point of booking ahead of time? Luckily hailed a cab from a rival company randomly on the street, total luck. Tried to use the app to cancel my booking and it failed to connect several times. Had to call in the end to cancel. Lost all trust in the app. If you want a cab that won't be late dial 131008. Don't bother with the app.

1 ★App won't let you access closest or favourite taxi. Why the hell not? Other good taxi apps do. Poor service and longer wait times is not discouraged. Pathetic.
