2 ★I love this camera! I brought one recently but unfortunately every time I plug into my phone it get stuck and restarts automatically this is annoying can't do anything! But it work very well on my colleague's phone! The funny thing is that I can use it with another app called camerafi unfortunately it is not very intuitive as this one.
1 ★This nice little camera could be nice were it not that it only works with this app which is probably one of the worst in the playstore. The camera may open or the app wants to open an address, says no connection and stop there. At home you can close the app, reconnect and retry until it works but forget it when it when you are out. Just imagen: you are on the move and want to use it and the app opens a picture share forum instead of letting you take pictures. Indeed, it will end up in your junkbox.
2 ★I'm waiting for another update to fix this seemingly crippled app. My Insta360 Air camera is useless with my Samsung S7 Edge. Half the time the app won't launch properly, and when I do finally get an image I can't swipe around in it or record. All buttons are dead. It's just a static image. I'm going to hold on to this camera and keep checking for an app fix. Hopefully they can figure it out. The camera itself seems like it could be great but the glitched app kills it.
2 ★The camera is good for the price but it's value is ruined by the app. Itworks about 20 percent of the time, the rest of the time you have to fightit to get it to close, or to open, or to respond at all, or to restart yourphone.. It's infuriating. I use a galaxy S7.
1 ★This app is truly doing a disservice to the camera itself. When the app does actually work (usually for about 30 seconds before freezing up and crashing) it is pretty neat. My Samsung S7 heats up pretty quickly while running the app, which is worrisome. I ended up buying a Gear 360 camera because I could not rely on this app to consistently capture 360 photos, let alone video or dare I even try live streaming. Was hoping the recent update would make it usable, but it seems that this neat little piece of hardware I purchased will remain hidden away in my camera bag until the app gets a major overhaul.
2 ★So frustrating to share photos! The FB Group function doesn't work and it'sextremely difficult to share to anyone else. It definitely needs to beupdated!
1 ★Can't get the app to open for more than a few seconds & can't get a pic orvideo at all. Very disappointing. Note 5.
5 ★The camera and its app works mostly as intended on my ZTE Axon 7. However,the app's VR mode does not seem to support Google's Daydream View goggles.Therefore the only way is to export every photo and then put themin a different (Daydream-compatible) application.

2 ★After the update, it won't open old files. If you remove the camera newfiles that was just shot earlier will not show on gallery. Making myinsta360 air camera useless! Revert it to old app version or issue a fix.
