Description

Camera FV-5 is a professional camera application for mobile devices, that puts DSLR-like manual controls in your fingertips. Tailored to enthusiast and professional photographers, with this camera application you can capture the best raw photographs so that you can post-process them later and get stunning results. The only limit is your imagination and creativity!

Major features:

● All photographic parameters are adjustable and always at hand: exposure compensation, ISO, light metering mode, focus mode, white balance and program mode.
● DSLR-like viewfinder display: see exposure time, aperture and stops display with EV and bracketing settings, in real-time!
● Full fledged exposure bracketing: from 3 to 7 frames, unlimited stops spacing, plus custom EV shifting.
● Built-in intervalometer: make stunning timelapses (even bracketed/HDR timelapses) and time-controlled picture series.
● Program and Speed-priority modes.
● Long exposure support: take beautiful night photos and light trails with long exposure times up to 30 seconds**.
● JPEG, true 16-bit RAW in DNG format*, and lossless PNG photo capturing formats, perfect for post-processing.
● Manual shutter speed: from 1/80000 to 2", or the range available on your device*.
● All camera functions assignable to volume keys. You can adjust EV, ISO, color temperature and more using volume keys. Devices with hardware camera shutter key are also supported.
● EXIF and XMP sidecar metadata support.
● Autofocus, macro, touch-to-focus, true manual focus* and infinity focus modes. Autofocus lock feature (AF-L).
● Autoexposure (AE-L) and auto white balance (AWB-L) locks in Android 4.0+.
● In background photo and RAW developing and processing allows a smooth, uninterrupted camera operation.
● Digital zoom using multitouch pinch gesture. Also shows 35mm equivalent focal length!
● The most advanced electronic viewfinder: live RGB histogram, 10 composition grid overlays and 9 crop guides available.
● Powerful organization options: different storage locations and fully customizable file names (even with variables).
● The user interface is available in more than 30 languages.

This camera application completely avoids scene modes, instead you get full manual control over all photographic parameters, just like you do with a reflex camera, so you can ultimately control every aspect of the picture, and leave the post-processing to the computer. So after your DSLR, you will never miss a photo opportunity again, being able to capture it with the closer sensation to your DSLR as possible.

The Lite version is a fully functional version of Camera FV-5, with limited picture resolution support. Please buy Pro version to unlock all your device's resolutions and enable RAW capture (if it is supported on your device).

IMPORTANT: If you find a bug using the application, PLEASE, visit the web page http://www.camerafv5.com/ or write to support@camerafv5.com with your phone model name and the description of the problem, before writing a negative comment. * Requires Android 5.0+ and a fully compliant Camera2 implementation. Currently only LG Nexus 5 and Motorola Nexus 6.
** Requires Android 5.0+. Compatible as well on the Samsung Galaxy Camera (1 and 2), Galaxy S4 Zoom and HTC One (M8). On Android 4.4 or older, long exposures lowers picture resolution to 2 or 1 MP, depending models. The reason is explained here: http://www.camerafv5.com/faq.php#long-exposure-resolution

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★The feature that I wanted most (interval/timelapse) does not work. It crashes the app 100% of the time. Support does not respond, and the website's FAQ self-help support page does not have any info on it at all. The search function returns 0 results, no matter what I search for. Too bad because some of the features seem nice, but I could not possibly recommend this to anyone with the fact that it crashes and offers ZERO support.
1 ★Max resolution 2048x1536, or buy Pro.... As settings options apears under home button, app is quite useless. As soon as I try to change a setting, home button is activated and I'm on the home screen. If I pay, does Pro version work. Not even going to try. If you don't have the time to do it correct the first tme, when will you have time to do it correct? ISO set to 100, my guess is it really is1600. Lot of settings, but non of them change anything.
4 ★To developers @FGAE , Hello dev team. I have been using this app for quite Some time now maybe a year and i am really impressed by the controls this app provied over the camera. But there are two things i think should be pointed out. Firstly the focusing in low light imaging is a little disappointing because it takes quite a while to focus. Which it does successfully sometimes. Secondly, i really think you should work on your algorithms. I have tried same combination of Camera settings on same object one with default camera and other with your app. The app gives good photos but a lot of noise gets added. Which is really disappointing considering how good this app is. I am sure with your timely updates these little issues will resolved too.
5 ★This is the best app which includes shutter speed control and some different controls, which you will feel like you are taking shots in DSLR. 😃😃😃😃😃
3 ★Decent camera but a bit slow. Out of 5 tested apps this landed in the middle of the pack. I have done several tests on various decides, clean cache and memory, clean start etc. It takes 1.5 x the amout of time from the best performers (also free) from "start of the app to the first shot and picture saved". Every second counts of you need to make picture as fast as possible.
1 ★Had the payed version of the older app. Bhought I'd try this out. But no. Like that one, I film in 1080p and it seems to work fine... but try switching to 2160p (UHD) and the app crashes the moment you presd pause... it was the same on my note4 as on my current One+5t... the fact that they went to a new app without fixing these basics seems fishy... not to mention that even if it worked on the new one I'd have to pay for something I have already payed for... so no... I do not trust these guys.
4 ★OK, OK, NOT OK. Camera was advertised as night camera long exposure pro. It is quite useless.
3 ★Hello, I'm using Moto G5 S Plus (13+13MP Dual Camera) phone. My problem is I don't have the Long Exposure Second Timer In S Mode. I only maximum of 1/4th of second Exposure time . I want to change that to even more seconds like 20-30S exposure time. This app doesn't have that option. In S mode. I cannot set the long exposure time more than 1/4th of a second. Please help me to solve this issue.
3 ★A lot of options which can overwhelm users. You could try to scale down the ui and add labels for the options because i cant seem to find which option does what? Also you need to make the icons smaller.A tutorial or guide on manual photography and how to take advantages of the features would be a massive help.As it stands right now this is only meant for the "know it all" experts photography demographic.
2 ★I'd buy the paid version if it was reliable. I got a new Xiaomi Mi 9T (Redmi K20) which is still unrooted and on stock rom. Whenever I press the "Interval shooting" option, it just closes itself. I want to use my phone for making long-exposure timelapses at night. Would be great if you could look into the problem, as I said, I'd be happy to pay if it worked!
5 ★Great App. I tried this on my Samsung s9+. Too be honest I don't know why I tried it maybe just board in Lockdown. Anyway I took a few photo's and noticed straight away that Fv-5 was a lot clearer and colours where better too. I did a zoom comparison and on the phones own software the picture was not that clear on max zoom. With FV-5 it zoomed in more and was very clear. I took a photo of stones and rubble and even the smallest stones you could see clearly. Going for full ver for sure.
3 ★Reasonable app. I like being in control of iso and other manual things that my onboard camera app doesn't have. I have an oppo a5s. What I don't like: Very often the app crashes. Almost every time I open it. So I need to start it several times. Minimum iso I can set is 100 though meta data of auto iso pictures tell me my phone has a lower base iso than 100. I also don't like that below 1 second you can't really control the shutter time. There is no 1/16 eg but only "short" and "long".
