Designed for our InterNations Ambassadors and Consuls, the Guest List Manager allows event organizers to create a professional experience from the moment guests arrive. By quickly checking in attendees, you can reduce queues and get your event off to a great start.

Please note, this app is only available to InterNations volunteers. It will be gradually rolled out to all of our 390 communities, and your InterNations contact person will notify you when it’s available in your community.

How to install Guest List Manager APK on Android phone or tablet?

4 ★Used a few times already. It was user friendly and intuitive. Can see some of the benefits of reducing no-shows. Would be nice to have it for tablets as well.

5 ★Would love if the app shows me the birthday of the attendees during the chick-in so I can offer them a complementary drink or gift if their birthday is near.

1 ★As an InterNations Ambassador, I have to say that this app is ridiculously unstable. 90% of the time the app claims to be offline at venues with strong, reliable WiFi. And checking in guests with the qr code? Not happening. I'd rather print out guest lists and check in people manually in the future. Ridiculous.
