1 ★It doesn't work at all. It's always in the process of downloading, and it has never showed me the result.
2 ★Generally I've been quite pleased with the app. However, lately, it has been unusable as I get a pop-up saying I need to update the app. I click to go to the Play Store to update but there is no update in sight. I have the option of uninstalling or opening the app - only to be greeted with the pop-up again if I reopen the app. Un- and reinstalling fixes the issue but it is a terrible user experience having to log in to your accounts manually every time this occurs.
1 ★The app itself seems functional on a technical level. However, due to Postnord it is also completely useless. According to the app my package will be delivered two days ago! I also learned I've been sent four messages via email and SMS (zero of which I received). The form to change home delivery to pickup at the terminal was hidden in the chat bot on their website, so I basically downloaded the app for nothing. I truly hope I never have to deal with this company ever again.
2 ★WE HAVE SIGNED UP FOR WHAT IS CALLED "MODTAGERFLEX", WHICH MEANS WE CAN HAVE OUR PARCELS PLACED AT A PARTICULAR PLACE IN OUR GARDEN. THE POSTMAN SENT AN SMS SAYING WE WERE NOT HOME, SO HE DIDN'T DELIVER THE PARCEL. THERE WERE 3 PEOPLE AT HOME, ONE WITH THEIR WINDOW OPENED TO HEAR THE POSTMAN. HE NEVER CAME,AND IF HE DID HE WOULD HAVE DELIVERED THE PARCEL AT THE DESIGNATED PLACE. HE LIED. SOME OF THE POSTNORD POSTMEN LIE A LOT AND JUMP CUSTOMERS TO SHORTEN THEIR TIME. DISHONEST PEOPLE!
5 ★The app automatically adds delivery notification when your consignment gets added to the Postnord record, provided the email or phone number registered in the app matches with the information given by the sender. It also provides information about size of the parcel, approximate delivery time, notification when consignment is available for delivery, when it is delivered and options to buy outgoing postage or pay any import handling charges to get your consignment released from the customs.
1 ★Generally fine but my current package I'm trying to receive is a giant mess of delay contradicting information and lack of communication within the company, don't know if I will get it, but I'm praying.
1 ★I have already a bank ID working on my phone but Postnord app said I don't and I can not identify the delivery and made my family pick up the parcel. I did the bank ID test online and it my bankId app is working fine . Swish and my bank open the app with no problem but not Postnord
3 ★All in all, a decent app. It used to have problems with notifications on Android, could be that either OS or app update fixed it. What still remains to be fixed is the character encoding when printing saved labels from the app out to the service point terminal. It screws up non Swedish characters. A major bummer when shipping to a complex address abroad. Also, with delivery to the mailbox, it'd be great to receive notification immediately after the shipment has been placed in the mailbox.
1 ★He came to the address, he didn't knock on the door as I was at home and my personal car was in front of the door.. I paid for a service for nothing, just to get on my nerves.. It doesn't even deserve a star.
