• Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter.
• Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations, stories, news, images with your neighbors.
• Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate.
• Inform expected visitors to the security.

5 ★Had issues with fixing switching between complexes. With the help of helpdesk Ms Priyanka I was able to resolve the issue very quickly and with comfortable ease. I appreciate her quick response and her commitment to customer service.
1 ★Pathetic would be an appreciation for this app. Just to load it is taking over 2 minutes. Can't have such poor load time in today's day and age.

1 ★Edit (2021): The recent update has made the app even worse! The icons are so jarring and distracting and you can't find any information conveniently. if the names or details are long, you can't see the end or click on them. Worst "update" ever! I will be more than happy to have a chat with the team to go through all the features one at a time... The app is very cluttered and difficult to navigate. Lots of duplicity under various tabs.
1 ★The new UI is so bad that the app gets stuck on the splash page- yes, that's right, the app is unusable. What's the point os a flashy UI if it doesn't work. Check latest reviews of the app to know that almost everyone is suffering from this issue. [Update]: Even after updating to the latest version, same problem persists. Infact, even using email is preferable to this option.
1 ★Not working. Guard says we can't see zomato entry even if I create entry in Gate from app so this app is partially working. Guard rejects or resend entry confirmation for all entries which were already created in advanced
2 ★Somewhat usable but you expect better from an app that you pay for. Society takes such expensive subscription but they still do a lot of advertisement, we get notification for unnecessary services and you can not stop them unless you want to use this app to get visitor, delivery notification. One great bug is that you can not edit the vehicle info so if you register one vehicle to a parking lot it can not be changed and new vehicle can not be saved. This is going on since at least 3 years.
1 ★Worst app, gives wrong info about entry and exit of visitors and service staff. Mygate app is much better. We could connect with other residents with the help of Mygate , this feature not available in apna complex.
3 ★1. Inconsistency in displaying number of likes and comments for a post in forum section. 2. Inconsistency in GUI when pressing back button. 3. Inconsistency in notification. When trying to navigate to the particular comment through notification bar. 4. Inconsistency in Read/Unread notification. Shows as Unread even if u read it. Scope for lot of improvement. 1 ★Pathetic app. Doesn't work half of the time. Support team also not available most of the time. Always asked to wait for call back whenever I call their customer support. My Gate is way better
1 ★Update should enhance the experience of the user, now giving an invite for delivery boy, has become very hectic. The way you have updated the time selection is annoying. By default it takes an hour later when the delivery would come in 10 min. Every time I need to change the hours and the minute. This has become more user enemy app then the previous one.
5 ★Very useful app for Gated Communitys to have control on all its amenities and facilities
