3 ★Really like the extensive categories, its very comprehensive. Like having many data points to log, weather, happiness, duration, and notes to add any additional. Would like to see sections for food journal, vitamins, sleep (fitbit integration would be great) and intensity of symptom and treatment applied with degree of relief. Would also like push notifications as reminder to log. Allowing user to set push reminder schedule would also be very nice. Graph feature would be helpful in identifying trends and dr contact info, med alert details in case of emergency.

4 ★Very good and useful. Would be even better if you had categories for Nutrition and/or Diet. Currently I have to enter these under Other. Thank you.

1 ★Stupid. Easier to just use a note pad, like Samsung notes...date it, keep running notes. This "app" does next to nothing.

3 ★only issue is you cant send info anywhere but microsoft cloud, I use google..

4 ★Very simple to use and allows me to describe my symptoms in detail.
