OUR LIVE GUIDED MEDITATION CLASSES:
You'll be able to book, experience and interact with our live-streamed meditation classes run throughout every week. Led by some of Australia's favourite meditation teachers! DAILY MINDFUL MOMENTS:
Every day we'll send you 3 x new daily mindful moments to complete. One for the morning, afternoon and evening. These bite-size activities may include short breathing exercises, meditations, interesting articles, and mindfulness insights and theory. Perfect to help you stay connected and feeling your best every day!
THE SOUL LIBRARY:
Find exactly what you need to help you handle and overcome whatever life throws at you. Including guided meditations to deal with stress & anxiety, breathing exercises to sharpen your focus, meditation tips and theory to deepen your practice. There are even some sounds of nature to help you drift off to sleep.
THE SOUL SERIES:
