MEditate is like building blocks, but for mindfulness. We’re assuming you have some experience with other meditation apps and it didn’t quite work out. That’s ok, it happens to the best of us. Luckily now you already know your likes and dislikes! Maybe you only enjoy nature sounds, but your favorite meditation was with music? Or you wish there was more or less talking in the guided meditation that you liked? With MEditate you can adjust the practice to your needs so it’s easier to stick with the habit. Eventually, we tend to stick with things we like!Don't get lost amongst the podcasts, exercises, playlists, articles and libraries of 100 000 meditations to choose from. It's MEeditate, you come here to meditate, so quickly fix yourself a perfect meditation and go ahead.
Our CREATE mode allows you to create a meditation suited to your needs in 4 simple steps. You choose time, background sound (or none at all), lector’s voice and guidance elements, so if you want more or less talking, just an introduction to your practice or a mindfulness exercise. Practice, SAVE it for later and enjoy or take a look at the meditations we’ve made in EXPLORE.

NIGHT TIME IS HERE –we help you fall asleep. Just flip the switch in main menu!You will find there:
SLEEP – it’s the night version of explore.
NIGHT MEDITATIONS – such as yoga nidra, 4-7-8 breathing and sleep relaxations.
NIGHT STORIES – our own bedtime stories that guide you into deep relaxation.
SAVED is combined for both daytime MEditate app and Night Time.

How to install MEditate: design your peace APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download MEditate: design your peace APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
