1 ★Hii, need help. Please fix, per today since 18:30 on Redmi Note 8 Pro device, this apps doesn't work WHILE I'm in the middle of PAID consultation with the doctors about my health concerns.... Previously re-install solved the issues, but suddenly it repeated and can't be solved again even though i already reinstalled the apps. The notif pop-up said that there aren't any internet connection, meanwhile I'm opening other online apps are clearly fast and speed test the internet speed above 10Mbps
1 ★This is a scam app, don't even try. Don't let them have your phone number, more importantly don't let them know YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER, they can autodebit/autocharge you even without your consent. Worse, they sell your data to third parties. They do all those WITHOUT your consent.
5 ★So recomended usefull convenient apps it help me a lot to reveal medical health myth false information and it help me consult with any medical health that i dont really understand, one most important things is i can consult any minor symptoms. All doctors are qualified friendly polite, they answers all my question right to the point gave me usefull suggestions, quick response. But i cant delete some of my previous consultation questions. I like this apps so much, keep it up

For that affordable price to consult, this app is should be known more. I used to have a problem regarding medicine delivery but the customer service respond to me quickly. Thanks!
1 ★Do not call me and ask for my data including bank account number. At first I was kind of excited to hear about the offer until they ask my bank account number. Then I thought it was a scam. Even though it's not a scam, still it's annoying. In the end I turned off the offer because they told me to give my bank account number in the call, not giving an option to register it by myself on the app to see if it's true or not. I make sure I will tell my family about this bad experience. Beware.
3 ★Because of there is no payment system from the application itself, the price of the doctors can actually be more expensive than what Alodokter has inform, just like my experience where Alodokter told to pay only 75k, but when i actually want to pay after the consult, it rise up to 110k (100k/consult+10k admin fee). This is so embarrassing where at that time i only bring 100k and didnt have more exchange, i hope this can be reviewed and changed in the future.
1 ★A total disgrace to e-health marketplace. Would suggest to uninstall to move to other as this is one of the most unprofessional meds marketplace. Got my money deducted and order cancelled right away-- now CS telling me that it need at least one working day to refund the money, because order was cancelled due to shortage in warehouse. Then what's the point of having inventory management as marketplace here?? It's worse than make a phone call to a drugstore, at least they don't reserve your money
5 ★You put your phone number on this app and then few days later u will get a call from them endlessly to buy insurance package. UPDATE 3 JAN 2021 The customer service actually listened to my complaint. They claimed they had removed my number and promised not to call me with promotion offers in the future.
