5 ★Literally a life saver and helpful app, I have been using these for 2 damn years and playing for 2 and a half years in genshin. I can say this is very helpful especially the interactive map and the daily check ins, event and other tools. Though sometimes the interactive map don't work especially the floating interactive map, which gets removed after I join the game. Overall it is great.
1 ★These "forced updates" are getting irritating and are practically pointless. I have used this app without updating for the longest time without having any issue and for no real reason you keep randomly putting out an update that puts the "confirm" button firmly in place instead of allowing me to choose whether or not to stay with the version I feel is best instead of just blindly updating all the time like all the other sheep. What happened to having choices anymore?
3 ★I really wish they'd start putting filters for tags into the app. I really don't want to see AI art, and as an artist, I can't use them for reference, as the characters are not properly structured, hands are really bad etc. It's still always interesting to look at the posts, but only seeing AI art has become sickening as of late.
2 ★Overall it is really a useful app for the games if you ask for why 2 stars then 1st is image images don't load at all it just gets completely blank and the app is quite buggy. 2nd is for something else my Teyvat Interactive map is not working at when I try use it's enable floating window option it always fails..plz fix this..!!
1 ★Simple tools like check-in & battle chronicle are now buried deep & not to mention navigation is just as confusing with all the texts with different styles going on. It's bloated before and now it is getting much worse.
3 ★It's pretty good app for character info , builds, news but 3rd party websites are way ahead of them. It's a fun place to browse memes and posts are interesting but if it has a reward system for views and we can get them in game . And as for deep link we need that asap. Edit- 1.We need chat system. If we can chat with other players privately it will be awesome feature and we can spend more time in here
4 ★I like the app and the memes and the events, the whole nine yards. The past few days I've been trying to use the map, the treasure event page, and other functions but they are not working. All of the like are opening to a black page that I can't interface with in any way
4 ★It's basically a social media platform, but I use it pretty much only for game resources. Peeps post walk-throughs, character build guides etc. - but the interactive maps that come with the app for their games is worth the space on my phone to me. They do events to give away some in game resources, but some times they give away premium currencies in limited quantities for some reason and they disappear seconds after they're offered. If you play any HoYo games, I recommend checking it out.
2 ★Notificationsin app no longer show the actual comment liked or applied to, but show the original post content instead. This is very confusing, especially when trying to find the comment liked or applied to (which is near impossible and very time-consuming for high-traffic posts). Please revert.
3 ★Helpful when it works, which ironically is only about 50% of the time. Frequently breaks or doesn't load the tools I literally downloaded the app for. If it works for you its features are helpful and the community, although I only know the genshin side, is kind and useful.
4 ★It works great. I haven't had any problems. My only dilemma is with the site itself. As long as I use the mobile app it works perfectly. But for whatever reason, if I'm on my laptop I can't check in. It's almost like it doesn't recognizeIt me even though I'm logged in under the same account. It's not a big deal for me but the developers may want to know this
2 ★this app is a nightmare, if you came from the website here is home of having a more personalized experience, walk away, it's like reddit but specifically for genshin, almost everything is either hard to find or just easier to find on the website, wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless they just want to talk to other fans (discord be easier though)
