1 ★Locks up half the time leaving the "claim shell" locked on your phone so then you can't work on that file. Its S L O WWWWwwwwwww. In the time it takes to open a claim you could turn on your laptop, eat lunch, check your voicemail only to receive "error message. App is worthless

5 ★The real full desktop version of Symbility on a mobile device "with ALL features" (unlike Xactimate which has only a portion of features on the mbobile apps). Has all functionality works straight forward. It needs to be address 1)was addressed 2) Option to select more than one room at a time 3) was addressed. exept of that its mostly fine and stable. Thanks to the tireless symbility team for showing their clients that they are committed to their business

5 ★Initially I rated 2 stars because it was not pleasant to work with. I have called Symbility on a few issues and they take care of any problems. With each update it gets better and better, you know they are working hard at this with as many updates as they are rolling out. Keep up the good work.

1 ★I purchased Nexus 10 specifically to use the Mobile Claims Symbility. The App will not function on the Nexus 10.

4 ★Since Claims Connect wasn't compatible with any tablet browsers, this is great, but play store won't allow me to load it on my Nexus 7. SS told me that they are fixing that bug, and should work very shortly. Can't wait!
