Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★App is a great idea, but I think it could use a little work. I would love if there was an audible cue to let you know that the timer is up. Also, sometimes the timer stops short of the time. For example, during a 2 minute interval run, it skipped to cool down at 1:40. Aside from these two things, I think the app is really great to get you moving.
2 ★I want to love this app but its frustrating & glitchy. Interval runs: The timer keeps running but the distance doesn't work. I'll open my phone to see how far I've ran & it will say 0' & then start counting. The voice prompts saying "you're halfway done" only occur during the rest intervals and it's never halfway. In addition to the glitching, the program itself isn't great. Im level 6 beginner and I'm warming up with a 15 min jog & doing 200m sprints??
2 ★Not a fan / waste of money. When your screen goes off it stops telling you where you are at in your workout. It also is annoying just to get thru the warmup movements and start the run. I also don't think the plans accurately reflect your experience level. I started with a walk / run and it wanted me to warm up with a 15 minute run. I prefer the Nike run app, at least with the optional coaching bit that app doesn't work half the time. Guess I will keep looking.I wish I could get my money back
4 ★This plan is exactly what I needed to help me prepare for my first race after experiencing debilitating health issues. A couple of things to make the app and program better: 1. The Nutrition meals. My lifestyle will not allow me to follow as written. Have options to repeat meals to simplify and keep grocery prices down. 2. For the exercises, program in a 3 -90 second break to allow folks to get in position for the next exercise. For now, I have to pause between each most of the time.
3 ★Overall is a fine app. The running workouts are great, as is the food plan. But the non-running workouts are not good - no voice prompts and no pauses between activities, making it nearly impossible to follow. There are hundreds of workouts apps out there that have voice prompts and are easier to use, so would recommend them before this one for non-running workouts.
4 ★So far the plan is good. I do have some gripes with the app. Is there a way to go back and see details of the runs? Also, is there a way to lock the screen while running? At times it's sensitive and closes the run/workout before I've finished. The meals are good and simple to follow. Overall the app is good enough but additional features would make it even better.
2 ★30 minutes into installing and paying for this app, there is already a problem. Just did a "first run" around the neighborhood for 25 minutes. During "cool down" I opened my phone, and it suddenly notified me that the workout was completed. I'm left with an end or resume button. I clicked end since it already said workout complete, and it didn't save anything. I'm left with going for another "first run" and no history. I paid for an app expecting better quality and usability. This is not it.
1 ★Not for treadmill runners. Not remotely sophisticated, in terms of platform or the training plan. But a nonstarter for those of us dependent on a treadmill. For example: I can't do circuits running uphill 1 min and walking downhill for 30 secs. Nor can I spring 98 ft and then walk for a minute. A treadmill just doesn't adjust that way. The link to cancel my subscription was broken, too. Even if you're running outside with easy access to a variety of terrain, I recommend a hard pass.
3 ★Like the program, dislike the app. I really like the plan they have laid out, but when trying to complete a run outdoors, the app will crash or randomly skip intervals. I'd love it if there was an option to lock the screen while the app is still visible (I have another app that does this) so I can see where I am, especially when on the treadmill.
4 ★Very simple, very easy to use. For the Americans, you can easily change from using metric to imperial in the settings. While some of the Tips are to obvious and simple to be useful, I think for new runners who are looking for guidance- this app could be for you. It walks you carefully through the process, including the warm ups, and includes more useful tips about running posture ect. The recipes are also really good looking and easy to follow.
2 ★Pretty disappointing. For an app centered around tracking your run, it doesn't do that very well. Verbal cues are intermittent and not on time, gps tracking will stop half way through a run, pace display seems broken most of the time. They're actively developing this, but the core functionality is lacking. It's just not ready yet. There are free apps that do all of this better, sadly.
2 ★Want to love it! It has everything I would want in an app except it doesn't link to my smart watch....and it doesn't work well. My biggest issue is that the timing intervals doesn't notify you unless the app is open. Soooooo if I have Spotify in the forefront or my phone locks because well I'm jogging, I won't always receive a notification. I might the first round but after that it stops making it difficult to use. I've tried working with customer support but it's turning into more work
