Voit myös kokeilla erilaisia seinä- ja lattiamateriaaleja.Asunto Oy Helsingin Loiste on jatkoa jo rakenteilla oleville sisaruksilleen Hohteelle ja Kipinälle. Loisteen asuntojakauma on suunniteltu NCC:n uuden Duo-konseptin mukaan, mikä tekee valikoimasta monipuolisen ja joustavan. Seitsemänkerroksinen Loiste tuo Herttoniemeen yli 50 viihtyisää ja valoisaa kerrostaloasuntoa, joista osa on erittäin tilavia ja toimivia perheasuntoja. Konseptin mukaiset isot huoneistot voi elämäntilanteen muuttuessa jakaa kahdeksi erilliseksi asunnoksi.
Loisteen kodit on suunniteltu tehokkain pohjaratkaisuin ja neliöin. Asunnoissa on joko lasitetut parvekkeet tai avoparvekkeet ja ensimmäisen kerroksen kodeissa osittain lasitetut terassit. Osassa kodeista on omat saunat.Korttelin kolmella asunto-osakeyhtiöllä on yhteinen pysäköintikellari, josta Loisteen asukkaille on varattu 34 autopaikkaa.
