BAMS ermöglicht Transparenz bei den Fahrzeug-Bewertungen. Kundenbestandsfahrzeuge können direkt bewertet werden. Unbekannte Fahrzeuge lassen sich schnell und einfach per FIN-Abfrage anlegen und mit umfangreichen Informationen versehen. Über die Schnittstelle zur DAT lassen sich neben den Stammdaten auch die aktuellen Restwerte u. ä. ermitteln. Neben der Schadenkalkulation ist auch eine grafische Schadenserfassung möglich.
Zu allen Vorgängen lassen sich Bilder, Dokumente usw. hinterlegen, damit alle Bewertungen nachvollziehbar und revisionssicher sind.
Für die richtige Angebotspreiskalkulation sorgen frei definierbare Kosten, Korrekturfakturen u. ä. die in den Einstellungen hinterlegt werden können. Zusätzlich kann direkt aus der Bewertung auf die Fahrzeugbörsen zugegriffen werden, ohne die Daten wiederholt zu erfassen. Damit kann sofort der aktuelle Börsenpreis ermittelt werden.
