5 ★I am using Suzuki connect app and I love it... the reason I opted Suzuki connect because most of the time my friends will take my vehicle, so it's easy for me to get connected to my car.........amazimg part is if there is any malfunction or any issues which we won't be able to come to know I get a call from maruti and they guide me.... amazing product..
1 ★Horible, the app keep crashing everytime you opened, doesn't allows you to do inside. Nexa, you guys need to really work hard on the app to make it available for all.
1 ★Dear Nexa Team, Before publishing app request you kindly test it. Nexa is supposed to be a premium segment for MS customers but unlike your vehicles this app sucks!!!. App should probably come with instruction manual. for eg how to get your vehicle registered(or buy new one according to the app). It has been more than a year since my purchase still cannot use Suzuki connect. Why do I need an app to download brochures for nexa cars?.
1 ★This is not worth the price. There are much better similar products in the market at a very reasonable price and more reliable. Try one from Map My India. I am using it for 6 yrs. in my another car without any problem. This one stops tracking the vehicle quite many times. Customer Support Services are pathetic.
1 ★When I created my use account first time from their temporary account, it is never created and not allowed to create new. It is not allowed login with the user name I tried. When I used forgot password option, it is mandatory to fill optional values too, since form specified either one value. Finally I created filling all values and by OTP. It is very difficult to use first time and no option to delete user account, where I created my own before buying the car. App needs to be improved a tone. Almost these Nexa guys wasted my time by explaining many features in this app. Most of the features not available/not working properly Service history not updated properly.
1 ★Is there a way to give minus 1 star? 0 will be too much! It needs all the permissions in the world. Even to make phone calls... Try forget password and try to come back with your OTP, it goes back to the first page and goes in cycles only to end up blocking your forgot PWD (need help) option. I guess I'd rather not check my points instead of losing my temper on this silly App!
1 ★As such the APP is OK but expectation of a BRAND named as NEXA behind its typical Auto DEALERS not a good experience. APP should update all info handy , instant with new features and offers for existing customer. The Suzuki Connect- Live Update started missing today in my APP. Reported to CRM. However, as usual HIGHLY INCOMPETENT SCREEN (CRM) Reading Customer Care executive call back. How SUZUKI allow such adhoc arrangements If the CAR is LOST or THEFT, SUZUKI will be SOLE RESPONSIBLE if the data is not SYNC and user don't get promised information from APP. Please REVIEW, also get TECHNICAL person in LOOP instead of typical CALL CENTRE Executive. Ensure SAFETY and SECURITY of PRODUCT as OUTLINED/PROMISED to Customers.
1 ★Worst App I have ever used. It wouldn't let me go beyond 'Accept Terms and Conditions'. It just crashes!
1 ★I'm unable to add my new car. I installed this before taking delivery of my car. When I want add my vehicle, there is no option for adding new car. When I tried to create another account it says the mail and phone are already in use. No option to delete the existing account. One useless suggestion the app makes on every screen is that "try Suzuki Rewards App". After cancelling it only, you can access the app. It is very annoying & worthless app.😤😡
1 ★Unable to login application. When accept terms and conditions application get crashed, so uninstall it.
3 ★Invalid VID error(verified it from car sticker and physical endorsed near driver seat, written on service book), but still invalid VID error. Other option registration number of car; that too showing invalid. Visited nexa showroom and followed the steps shown by them, got registered on app but then not showing any car. No option to add car. Called customer care 3 months back, still no solution. Suggestions for other please don't waste time on this pathetic app. got login details today4.2.19thanks
