3 ★The detailed breakup of the servicing done is not shown in the app. It shows info at very high level. How do I go back and check for what is done in the last/previous service. The app is accessible only for the car owners then what is problem to give access for the detailed history of servicing done in the past? I remember when started using the app, this feature was already enabled to view the past detailed servicing history and why not now?
1 ★The app earlier used to be good but now this app is merged with Maruti Suzuki Rewards app and it's just pathetic ....all hidltorical data for services has gone mor u are able to book any service request. Not expecting something so stupid from Maruti ....who is know for customer service and care

2 ★Appreciate the purpose of this app. But I have updated my details and photo twice, app is not recognising and asking again and again to register as a fresh user. Further it's shows wrong mobile number against my vehicle registration number. If it is wrongly updated, then how am i getting calls from the dealer for Service renewal. Please update the correct data from your server to this app and make it user friendly.
2 ★The newer version of the app has lost its user friendliness compared to the old version. sections like profile, cost calculatior does not go further. It gets circling around. And also the details on MCB is not at all seen on the new app. High time to think what to keep and what to knock off, also check on performance before the new versions are released. These are some basic checks should be done as you are deploying an App for India's highest customer base automobile company.. please verify
1 ★Use less app not even able to login. When I try to login it is showing as mobile number registered already. When I try to login it is showing as not registered.
1 ★I have lodged complaints in different fora. But no response yet. I used to use this app regularly. But about 3 years ago, it started to hang....and may however long you wait, it never recovers. Just installed it once again and tried. Same result as soon as I tapped "my profile". Disappointing!
1 ★Worst app. Unable to sign up. OTP is not received after so many attempts. Its irritating.No one is there to help you.☹️☹️☹️
3 ★booked a slot online through app Maruti care due to non availability of service centre nearby and had to drive 60 Kms inorder to get to this service station . My slot was 10.30 to 10.45 at Beekay, Siliguri , West Bengal . I reached on time and inquired about the my appointment . They refused and said booking appointment online is just useless . So before doing online appointment be carefull else they gonna make you wait for a long time .
1 ★Very poor app from Maruti. Cant believe such a poor app can be developed by a major car manufacturing company. Always giving error something went wrong. Please try after some time. 10 times uninstalled and reinstalled. But same result. It gives us feel that if you are not able to build a simple app how can you build a CAR???? We should immediately sell your car and gi to other car manufacturing company.
1 ★Why this app requires access to Camera, Storage, Location, contacts and calendar. Earlier this app used to work without those access. now the app doesn't even Getting in without those permission. Even if there are any services depend upon these access, those should be optional feature.
