Met een training die op uw lijf is geschreven, werken we aan een gericht resultaat waarbij nauwlettend gekeken wordt naar de juiste balans tussen belasting en belastbaarheid.Wij beschikken over een fitness waar vrij trainen mogelijk is of onder begeleiding van een personal trainer die u bijvoorbeeld een aangepast trainingsschema kan aanmeten of u kunt ondersteunen in de training. Wij bieden verschillende groepslessen aan die resultaat gericht zijn en ook nog eens leuk zijn om te volgen en dit voor alle trainingsniveaus. Met onze eigen T-Line Fitness APP kunt u gemakkelijk een reservering maken voor de vrije fitness en groepslessen.
Ook is er een horecagelegenheid in de vorm van een kantine en een bar. Mocht u fysiotherapie nodig hebben, ook dat kan bij ons aangezien die zich bevind in het pand. En bent u voldaan na uw training? Dan kunt u gebruik maken van de douches, ontspannen in de sauna of gebruik maken van een van onze zonnebanken.
