The methods are: Sheep counting, Pendulum, Hypnotic Patterns and soothing sounds to help you ease into those lovely dreams
With the pendulum, you can touch anywhere on the screen to change the length of the rope. This will affect the pendulum's frequency, and should optimise its effectiveness for you.
