Hey Fredericton! Tired of wondering where the bus is? Frustrated with complicated route maps and schedules? New to town and confused about the bus? ReadyPass is here to help.

Through a partnership with Fredericton Transit, ReadyPass now provides real-time bus tracking and routing.

This is the first full release, and lots of other great features will be coming soon. As you use the app, please send us any feedback you have to help us make your transit experience as seamless as possible.

Smart transit shouldn’t be just for massive metropolises. We’re a small team based in a small city, working hard to make transit better for everyone.

How to install ReadyPass APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download ReadyPass APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (ca.readypass.clientapp-v1.4.2.4-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

4 ★This app makes it so much easier to get around by bus in Freddy Beach! Thank you! I love that you can enter the time you want to travel and that it tells you when the buses will arrive at that stop (or close to it). Occasionally I have noticed that the bus doesn't show up on the app, but otherwise seems to work great.

1 ★Says ReadyPass has stopped working. It doesn't even open at all.

3 ★Does not take daylight savings into account and needs good route planner.

2 ★First I thought this was just ineffective, then I realized it's a beta and they simply haven't fully integrated the GPS data yet. Also some of the maps are wrong and don't account for temporary changes in routes in fredericton. Also not all the bus coordinates are available, nor are the "last time bus was here" values accurate, quit clearly restating the scheduled times. Hopefully it's fixed after the beta test.

5 ★Very responsive app (and very responsive app team). Excited to have a bus tracker available in Freddy again, and this one is great!.

1 ★Download the app from the play store installed it none of the roads showed up none of the current buses showed up went to select a destination app crashed we launch the app repeated steps same result. The app needs to be overhauled or updated as it seems to have become quite buggy since launch. We really should have a working transit app like this for Fredericton and I'm sure we will at some point however in its current condition I would not recommend this app.

2 ★How is this app still in beta after being out this long? Furthermore, it only works to track buses when the bus driver turns on their GPS navigation, and half of them drop the ball. FIX THIS. People rely on accurate information so that they can get where they need to go ON TIME.

1 ★Doesn't offer anything over Google maps. Needs to be optimized, stable and intuitive. Probably the worst app I've used for transit. Look at the app city mapper for a well done and optimized app for transit and use it to improve yours. I'll check back after an update
