1 ★This app requests photo/file access and location access on installationrather than requesting the permission as needed. This is an unacceptablepractice, especially for a government contractor.

3 ★The application keeps glitching and showing a blank blue profile with no buttons.

2 ★This is a great idea. Unfortunately the apps structure needs a lot of work. If you rely on the bus for school or work, never and I mean never rely on this apps location tracking. You wait for a bus and are about to leave for its supposedly "real time ETA" and you see that the bus went by 5 minutes ago. It's just bad at "real timing" the busses. After improved accuracy and slightly faster load times this app could be very useful, but until then thumbs down.

1 ★(Brampton) Clicked on "events" which showed 1 event of interest to me; app revealed date & location, but NO clue if fees are involved & app provides ZERO contact info... so I won't be going to said event :( Clearly then, this app is of no use to me... local newspaper or community website is more detailed. Rahul Mehta's app feedback comment suggested holding a contest via local colleges to further develop the app... an EXCELLENT IDEA! Perhaps offer prizes of weekly / monthly transit passes (loaded Presto cards)??

3 ★For the Transit section, could you add a Trip Planner, add push notifications for delayed or cancelled busses and intigrate with Google Maps?

2 ★Waste Collection Reminders are not working. Samsung Note 8 Nougat 7.1.1
