Die Spice Registration App hilft Ihnen, schnell und einfach Spice Mobile SIM-Karten zu registrieren.Halten Sie dazu einfach das Ausweisdokument des Kunden und die gewünschte SIM-Karte bereit.
Die App führt Sie intuitiv durch die kommenden Schritte und unterstützt wo es möglich ist. In der App stehen Ausweise aus über 100 Ländern zur schnellen Erfassung mit Beispielbildern bereit. Die von Ihnen am meisten genutzten Ausweise werden auch in einem Favoriten-Menü angezeigt. Die Daten aus geeigneten Ausweisen können direkt übernommen werden. Lästiges Abtippen von Namen, Geburtsdatum und weiteren Daten bleibt aus.
Die Erfassung erfolgt in wenigen einfachen Schritten:
1. Erfassung der SIM-Karte per Barcode-Scan
2. Auswahl des Ausweises mit Favoriten-Funktion
3. Erfassung des Ausweises
4. Prüfung und eventuell Ergänzung der aus dem Ausweis erfassten Daten
Zuletzt muss der Auftrag nur noch abgeschickt werden und in kurzer Zeit ist die SIM-Karte aktiv.
Dauert es einmal länger, können Sie jederzeit den Status einer SIM-Karte abfragen.
Zur Nutzung der App wird ein Zugang zum Telefonica Vertriebspartnerportal benötigt. Sollten Sie Fragen zum Zugang oder darüber hinaus haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Vertriebsbeauftragten. Er wird Sie bei der Nutzung der App unterstützen.
