1 ★Signing of the document failed with application crash. Tried 5 times and the same. Apparently a good suggestion from them was to use mobile data. Needless to say it wouldn't even connect. I hope i will get soon a way to do it via laptop, but apparently is not that easy.
5 ★Extreme friendly and perfect service
2 ★Very unreliable - sometimes the camera will not focus properly when taking a picture of the backside of my id (touching the screen with my finger in order to focus didnt work when taking the *backside* photo). Sometimes I got no audio during the video call (seems disabling Bluetooth on my phone solved it). Took me like 6 attempts to complete the registration. The employee on the video call was helpful, friendly and patient, but the app itself didnt work well at all. Google Pixel 3a w Android 10
1 ★Awful app.. It said that I had to disconnect my Bluetooth headset while it was not connected.. then I deactivated Bluetooth and I was moved to the next step. Then the app said: Look at the camera and state your full name.. nothing happened in this process... the app never did anything else. Awful experience.. It should be doing 1 thing, quick and easy and it didn't do it at all.
2 ★The app overall seems well designed, but in the end I could not use it. I tried 2/3 times and nothing. Ended up using the web version that worked flawlessly. While the user waits, there are 4 messages shown, all of them show for a different amount of time, the 1st was going away so fast.. and said to not put the app in background.. but i could only read it after a couple of tries.. and after doing just that. On another attempt, was asked to show my name.. but no info where, and still no operator
3 ★Unfortunately, I had to wait quite some time to be connected with someone. And when I finally got through, the woman told me she could not hear me even though I was talking directly into my microphone. I had to restart the app and wait again. I eventually got through and the agent who did my identification was very nice and sweet. Probably would have rated 2 stars if it wasn't for her.

1 ★It's unbelivable how bad their service is. After lookin at my passport for 2minutes, the person tells me just call again if you are at a place with better lightning and ends the call before I can even finish my sentence. Their english is not very good and its clear that they are reading off a script.
1 ★Unbelievably bad. The call centre staff can barely speak English. They get frustrated when you don't understand their poor grammar. Just repeating bad grammar louder and louder does not compensate help people to understand! Four attempts ended with the agents cutting us off! Fifth attempt got sometime who could speak English and wasn't stroppy. All in all awful app, awful service.
1 ★Not working. After checking internet speed it is getting weird. All checks passed but error ocurring. Try again: brings me to id front photo, after taking this, the app alert that some numbers are not correct, after few retries it alert another error: lines are full
