2. untuk memulai layanan lakukan pendaftaran terlebih dahulu. klik DAFTAR dan masukkan data diri anda berdasarkan KTP atau Kartu Keluarga masing-masing
3. Setelah terdaftar silahkan LOGIN dan diharapkan untuk mengingat username berupa no KTP dan password yang sudah didaftarkan sebelumnya
4. Klik menu "Layanan" dan dapatkan pilihan layanan yang dibutuhkan
5. Masukkan Nomor Surat Pengantar RT atau 6 digit nomor kode yang disampaikan oleh Ketua RT melalui layanan SMS Surat Pengantar RT
6. Masukkan tanggal dan waktu (jam) pengambilan Surat Keterangan dll di Kantor Lurah Bukuan
7. Untuk pengambilan Surat Keterangan yang dimaksud di Kantor lurah Bukuan, mohon untuk melengkapi persyaratan yang bisa di lihat pada menu "Info Pelayanan" pada aplikasi e-Bukuan.
