This app is a journal of your health. This helps manually log your blood pressure and weight measurement(body fat, body mass, bone mass, and skeletal weight), reading and show it on the graph, which helps to find trends in your blood pressure and weight readings by presenting them in intuitive visualization. The application also allows you to monitor your BMI index. Monitor your blood pressure and weight, manage your BMI index, record significant events for your health, and stay healthy with the Health Monitor app.Note that this app DOES NOT measure blood pressure and weight. Please use an FDA-approved blood pressure monitor (i.e., BP monitor) to measure BP reliably.
