1 ★What happened - I paid to remove ads and now it crashes every time. Can I get a refund?
4 ★I really love this app. I like that it is so easy to manage followers. The ads are super annoying but its ok because I can still do a lot for free. One thing I think could be fixed is when the page I have open has a lot of people the little blue calender button is almost directly on top of the button to follow or unfollow when that person is at the bottom of page. Very hard to hit the button. Otherwise super helpful.
2 ★This app has been working fine to be honest, but I decided to uninstall after noticing ads have been popping up on my phone screen even when I'm not on the app itself. I thought it was another app doing this, but this only started happening after I downloaded this one. It really got annoying so I won't recommend this anymore with the consideration of risk getting a virus downloaded in my phone.
1 ★would rate it 5 stars, as it is a stellar app; the only issue i have, is one ad in particular that will ALWAYS pop up before you get to do anything (lendingtree), and there's no dismissing it- you wind up stuck on it and have to keep closing the app and opening it back up, hoping it's a different ad you can get rid of. and it's not just this app that ad keeps popping up; i'm seeing it everywhere and i get stuck everywhere every damn time, and have to close the app. starting to seem not worth it.
5 ★Definitely the best Twitter follower tracker app in the app store! Pros: Clean modern UI and good UX. Shows my unfollow history, mutual follows, and other follower metrics. Has other useful reporting features for tweets. Very useful for determining most effective tweets. Cons: Could use better error handling for Twitter API issues. Needs in-app help documentation. Metrics for views such as Status need descriptions. Never did hear back from support on my last issue.
1 ★Worked great for almost two years. For days now, it says I have 0 new followers and 0 unfollowers. When I refresh, a pop up says to update data. It is updated but the same stupid pop up keeps being repeated. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it says "no internet service" when clearly there is. I give up.

2 ★A week ago I would have given this app 5 stars I have had it for several years and it has always worked well for me but for some reason all the sudden it will not let me follow people that have followed me. I am trying to get help with that from the app manager but it is very slow going and getting any answers. I loved this app so much I was spoiled by it but now need to find another that compares to what this used to be

3 ★Its a great app when it's working, but it randomly stops and says it needs a data update, so i click OK and then when i have to login again it says can't connect to the Internet...... But other than having to uninstall and reinstall it on a weekly basis, it's a good app.
1 ★It hasn't been working well for a while. I've been patient but it's getting annoying, it doesn't let me know when someone unfollows me and I would go to the app and update the data myself but lately it's not even allowing me to do so. Whenever I try to update my unfollowers list I get a message "Data have already been updated a few moment ago!" even though I take literally DAYS to update the data. I'm legit disappointed because this was the best app to manage Twitter followers.
1 ★Absolutely abysmal performance. If I could give this rating a "no star rating," I would've if this page had that option- unfortunately, it doesn't. This app is not only highly inaccurate and ineffective, but blocks system updates and is clogged with more intrusive ads than functionability. The developer does not even fix the broken links to "report a problem:" once the app stops fuctioning users are blocked from reporting it directly. Steer clear of this app, which only works as an ad generator.
