Description

Welcome to Nar’aakom app. The new app by Primary Health Care Corporation.

Nar’aakom app allows people in Qatar to benefit from many of PHCC's digital services from their smartphones.

With Nar’aakom, you can view your health card information such as your health card number and see when it expires, view your assigned health center, and view your assigned family physician from PHCC. Through this app you can also view the upcoming appointments for you and your dependents.

You can also request any of the following available services:
- Apply for Health Card – allows you to apply for yourself or your dependents
and get a health card to receive health care at one of PHCC’s health centers
located across Qatar.
- Change My Health Center – allows you to request to change your currently
assigned health center to another one.
- Change My Family Physician – allows you to request to change your
currently assigned family physician.
- Request for appointment – allows you to request for new appointment with
our PHCC health centers.
- Add dependent Account – allows you add dependents to your account to be
able to request any of the above services on their behalf.
- Renew your health card – allows you to navigate to Hukoomi’s website to
renew your health card online.

Nar'aakom supports English and Arabic language. Within the app, you can switch between these languages.

How to install Nar'aakom APK on Android phone or tablet?

2 ★Not impressed with the service allegedly provided by this app. Integration with Tawtheeq works well. Receiving a response from the service providers (not app developers) not so much. 1.5 months after submitting a request for a card and still I am in processing.
1 ★Please fix this application... I fill all the requirements for health card. I tried more than 10 times but can't submit i don't know what's going on with this application i have all appropriate docs for the health card only showing "please wait" then nothing. Only showing same page
1 ★It is stuck on the personal information page. I kept refreshing but it doesn't go through.
2 ★After the update some aspects of the app work. Under my profile i have no assigned health centre or physician, when i try to update or change this, the error message pops up saying "you choosing same health centre". Kindly advise how to get a health centre assigned? As without this one cannot make booking etc?
1 ★I tried to use the app to apply for the Health Card, however it is showing my old National Address. I had updated the National Address on Metrash 2 months back however it is not reflecting on the Naraakom App. Raised a support ticket on the portal as well, but to no avail.
1 ★When logging in, I received an sms acknowledging successful log in but the app displays " Unable to login, the app does not allow login for users of less than 18 years old." I am 40+ years old.
4 ★Completed registration successfully. But health card application option not working. Neither showing applicant name from the drop down list or there is no option to enter the name manually.
2 ★You need to add a contact users can call or an email. My health card request is showing in progress and no one to call. Maybe I should cancel and register face to face.
4 ★The issues within the app has been resolved over time and it seems go work fine now. I still am not able to find the app on the App Gallery on Huawei phone for my wife.
1 ★The eservices part of the app is useless. They do not accept valid Govt of Qatar documents like Kahramaa Bills and Baladiya contracts. There is no data feed from Metrash to this app so details do not get refreshed. All in all a very powerful app whose functionality is nullified by poor backend support.

2 ★Not possible to apply for health card or change health center. After upload of all the documents and press apply you just a pop up with written Alert and ok and you cannot submit anything.
