3 ★I would suggest you guys from Itouch should provide us remedies/patches for these bugs for the new version of app for android. I have been using the old version for the past 3 years with no problem. The new version kept on disconneting from my phone or vice versa.This smart watch will go to the garbage if you guys don't fix this problems we are having with the new version of your app. This has been a big problem from all reviewers. Not once, but almost majority of us ( reviewers).
1 ★Worst app and watch ever. Constantly disconnects, loses time, doesn't update messages or weather. NOT compatible with all Android phones. UPDATE: I have tried their suggestions in the comments more times than I can count. Just FIX IT. ugh. Second UPDATE: My watch now gives ZERO message notifications. It still needs to constantly be restarted, re-paired and nothing works. This last update made it worse.
4 ★Edited Review: In my first review I shared problem I was having with the app. I followed the instructions given by the developers. Now that the app has been updated, and reinstalled on my phone I no longer am having issues with the phone updateing watch information. I am still having issues with the watch losing time and getting behind by a few minutes, but it usually fixes itself before it gets too behind. I appreciate the response from the developers, and their assistance.
1 ★Every time I get used to this watch working... it stops. I got past the issue of it not notifying me when a text/ call comes through. Just use it for time and steps. But it just won't stay connected to the phone, and it's a hassle to reconnect. I have to uninstall and then install the app just to reconnect. Once the app is installed, it's hard to get into my account. I have a Samsung s23
1 ★Not worth the hassle. I have to forget the device on my Bluetooth just for the watch to reconnect after having it shut off overnight. Then I have to turn off the Bluetooth and turn it back on for the steps (not accurate steps) to update on the app. Notifications from my phone to my watch also don't work. Very disappointed.
1 ★I do not like this new version. I updated the new app which asked me to unpaire my watch and pair it inside the app. I followed all of the instructions, and the trouble shooting instructions. However my phone keeps saying that the app is not working in the background and that it would work better if it was. I have researched and updated and all that I know and it keeps saying the same thing each time. I can't connect the watch back to my phone. The watch is not working correctly 😒
1 ★I have an air3 and love the watch but the app sucks. Constantly disconnects from my phone and in order to reconnect I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. My wife has a isport and a different brand of phone and hers constantly disconnects as well so I know this is a defect with the app not my watch or phone. Every time I tried to contact support for help with this issue they tell me make sure that I have notifications turned on. This doesn't make any difference it still sucks.
3 ★app needs alot of improvements! watch face library doesn't work what so ever, so you're stuck with the pre programmed one. Definitely could use some how to explanations for each watch. camera remote and music remote doesn't work 70% of the time lags when it does work. the more basic functions seem to work well.
1 ★New app update looks awful and doesn't not work as expected half the time. No help from support is going to change that. The old app was a lot better in functionality and appearance. Edit: Every update seems to make things worse so that's nice. Update edit 8/12/2023: This app still sucks pretty bad. Doesn't update anything unless I physically open the app at the end of the day. Today it decided it won't update my steps even though the watch has been counting them all day.
3 ★The latest update is that my watch was working fine until this last update came. The time is wrong. My watch will not connect at all it just circles around like it's going to connect but never does. Y'all need to go back to the original app settings when everything was working perfectly FINE 🤨. All I have is a fashion bling on my arm that doesn't work.
1 ★THIS has to be the WORST app there ever was. It worked before the update, that came and it still doesn't work. Won't stay connected, doesn't keep up with the current time or information, resets itself so you loose EVERYTHING that you had. Restart, reset, it jumps, skips and all, ALL by itself. I have never seen ANYTHING LIKE THIS. The other reviews are certainly telling the truth about it's functions and capabilities. Waste of money. Customer service don't help either. Going back to my ECHO!!
1 ★I really wish the developers kept the old app. Since the update, the watch will hardly stay connected. They respond to the reviews saying to unpair and forget the watch via bluetooth, but at this point I don't think it's a user issue, as many users, including myself, have done that and it still won't work. Since their MOST recent update, for a while I couldn't even connect the watch at all, causing even the watch to be nearly unusable. I hope they're working on something to fix it.
