3 ★Tue translation function is not working. I often have a hard time trying to use that function. Often having to wait from hours up to days before the messages can be translated. 😑 Therefore causing me not able to catch up and chat with the members.

4 ★So far so good. Specially the last update. But, can we get a dark mode please? White mode is making me go blind. Also, the translation is horrible. Most of the time it's the opposite of what the artist wanted to say.

5 ★Good, but please fix the translation...sometimes it doesn't make sense... Edit : my bubble is update, why is it asking for update?? I CAN'T OPEN THE APP...

1 ★It's a cool app but I'm kinda suspicious that it's a computer instead of the members. I text with one of them and their response kinda has nothing to do with what I said. And- if you uninstall the app, the subscription is still there and they will charge you ever month, and u can't get refunded⁉️

5 ★Love this app!! The amount of interactions by Twice is more than i expected. They do share about what they are doing , their schedule , any updates , any special day congratulations , foods , random selcas etc. Stuffs just like a friend chat !! It became a part my daily routine now :)

4 ★it's a good apps but.. please make more improvement on this app. like reply button or quote button to make us or idol easy to use it . and not make us being confused when idol replying our chat .

2 ★Not being able to screenshot from the app is stupid. I take screenshots to translate multiple messages in one go because the in-app translator is just so bad.

5 ★I would give it five stars but recently my payment was declined but they took the money so i spent another amount of money and thank goodness it worked . I hope this wont happen to me again cuz i really love this app :(

1 ★Please improve english translation in bubble chat. I can't understand what the artist is trying to say because most of the time the translation is weird and it doesn't make any sense.

5 ★I enjoyed it but the truth is, Fans perspective is private messeage but on artist/idol perspectives are group message, thats why some conversation are not connected to your messages that you send to them.

3 ★i can't open the app because it needs an update but there is no update? please give an anwser to this quickly because idols keep sending messages and we can't even see them...

3 ★App gives me lots of smiles everyday and im happy we can be closer with JYP artists. The price is pretty high to a degree where i can only afford one artist but, i guess it shouldn't be cheap..
