Stimulation with sounds and noises is a common therapy approach for tinnitus. However, not every tinnitus is the same - people benefit individually from different forms of sound therapy. Find out which sounds can bring the best relief for your personal tinnitus. "Shades of Noise" combines a wide range of sounds and noises, varying from surf sounds to simple tones. You are the one who decides when to listen to which sound to soothe your tinnitus - towards an individualized tinnitus therapy.This app is part of a research project of the Tinnitus Research Initiative (TRI), the University of Regensburg, Germany, and the University of Würzburg, Germany. With your participation you help us to learn more about tinnitus and improve the therapeutic approaches.
