Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★I have a Samsung galaxy s25 ultra and the app says it's not compatible with the current android system version(15). this is very frustrating considering i use the pump and blood sugar monitor, it'd be nice if the app had a wider variety of compatibility so I use utilize the app.
1 ★I just got a new Samsung and for 3 days app worked...now it says incompatible with Android 15
1 ★So frustrating to even deal with this app... one minute was working on my android 15 and now it's not sucks
4 ★Was working up until Android 13 update with ui 5.0. On Samsung S22 Ultra. Will no longer stay on. New phone Android 15, now the app can not be used again. Does Medtronic not know that we are no longer using Windows 95 either? When can we expect the app to be updated?
1 ★2/27/25... still bad... won't work on modern phones. Mediocre 780G pump and CGM as well. 2/5/25... still bad. And now won't work with Android version 15. Is Medtronic going out of business? 4/25/24... Still bad. Not uploading. 2022 review... Can't even login to the app. Works about as bad as their 770G.
2 ★Great when it works but as people are saying since the last update it's constantly dropping Bluetooth connection and you have to remove the connection from the pump and re-pair it which takes several minutes every time. Ive changed several or my Bluetooth settings by enabling dev mode and then disabling it to run the app with no luck. Cane we get an open source APK to fix the issues? I know that's a no but come on
1 ★Doesn't work on my Samsung S25
1 ★This is frustrating, knowing that this company makes so much money. And they can't get a person to stay on top of things. A person who knows when updates come out on phones and can do the same with the app. 8 days trying to connect my phone to the app without success. Google pixel 9 xl pro Update 02/22/2025 Almost 2 weeks trying to get connected, now it sucks a whole lot more. I'm considering asking my Dr for a pump alternative, heard omnipod is pretty good, my friend use tandem with no problem.
1 ★Will not stay connected to the pump.
3 ★A monitoring tool for experimental units. helps the company tweak data collected could really use a more interactive interface
