1 ★Poor experience and customer service. Joined their reader's club program but within a few hours the app is asking me to pay for the program again. However, am able to access the same through the website. The other issue is that the bookmarks creates through the app are not available on the website. Customer service is also unhelpful as they do not provide an ETA for resolution.

1 ★The older version was much better. Swipe from left to right is not at all pleasing. Page wouldn't come up at all. Also phone light dims automatically which was not happening in the older version. And highlight and dictionary is also gone.

4 ★Juggernaut is a promising platform for readers and budding writers. But I am facing one problem these days with the portal. I want to submit a story for The Juggernaut Short Story contest. But I can't proceed with the submission as whenever I give my story's title in 'Book Title' section, I get a message 'Think of a nicer title' and the page ends up saying 'Something went wrong,please try again'. Please resolve this, else it is difficult to submit stories here. And if you are really restricting writers with the strict rule choosing a nicer title, then I think it's not a wise decision. Have emailed Juggernaut team, but received no response yet.
3 ★Amazing content however you guys need to add more payment methods for all access membership. Firstly why do you need it to be recurring, let the user decidebif she wants to renew. And even if you want to make it recurring, please add more methods like Paypal? When I try to pay with my mastercard debit card it says the card doesn't support recurring payments and it just stops there, no other option to fix it. Now I don't want to make changes to my card's payment preferences only for one app!!
