Vi arbejder målrettet i CSB med at være en mindful organisation.Mindfulness er et sæt af færdigheder, der øger evnen til at observere og regulere sig selv og opbygge et sundt mentalt helbred. Ved træning kan opmærksomheden reguleres, så koncentrationsevnen øges.
Mindfulnesstrænnig er også en måde at træne bevidst nærvær, øve sig i at være i nuét og styrke evnen til at være nærværende og accepterende overfor sig selv og andre.
Mindfulness kan defineres som en bestemt måde at være opmærksom på, der er karakteriseret ved evnen til bevidst observation af nuværende oplevelser uden at dømme og vurdere. Mindfulness indebærer en åben, venlig og tålmodig indstilling, hvor evnen til at registrere og neutralt iattage fænomener i opmærksomhedsfeltet trænes og anvendes.
Vi ønsker at tilbyde både børnene, de unge, forældrene og de ansatte mulighed for at træne og være mindful.
