Welcome to Be Heard - Your Community Survey! This App enables your County to engage with you hearing your views on issues that matter to you. In the past, sampling was the way to hear the views for decision-making. Now, with the Mobile technology, everyone who wishes to participate can be heard while maintaining their privacy. The results of the survey (if declared public) can be viewed upon conclusion of the survey. If you are outside your County and wish to participate then, you need to enter your Zip Code. You need to be inside the USA to participate in surveys. However, anyone from anywhere can see the results.You will have access to all the public surveys from a range of Agencies in the County. The App enables participation in the Internal surveys as well. However, you need to provide the password to access them.

Our apps may collect your any of device id, phone number, IP address of the device, GPS location, name, email id, bank information as needed by the app. We collect device id, phone number, IP address of the device, GPS location from you when you use the app. We collect name, email id to communicate with you when you register on our app. We collect bank information when you register to participate as a service provider through our apps.
