1 ★Doesn't work properly. Won't change channels or do anything but open menus. Won't do sound. Pretty useless. Emailed for help and they ended up saying send a video of the problem. How do you send a video of the app doing nothing? Don't waste your time; I also wasted money I can't get back.
1 ★It's one of the worst apps honestly not worth it! There are way better FREE apps than this one. I only got to use it for maybe 3 days before it started to say I had to purchase the premium version. Then it started to crash every time I opened the app and has still continued to not work!
2 ★After every 4th tap you get an add. Plus your limited to how many times you can use the remote. So everytime you use a button on the remote it takes a point away. Only started me with 20 taps. Ridiculous
1 ★Horrible. Con artists. It has a lifetime option which I purchased and have receipts for and suddenly I'm getting ads again. So wrong and false advertising. I'll be contacting the better business bureau.
1 ★Horrible app ever, because it just don't ask you to connect to the same WIFI that the device uses but also every time you press any of the buttons an advertisement pops up to the screen. I personally didn't like it
1 ★Keeps on disconnecting then will not allow you to use the app without paying. No option to watch an ad. Disgusting. I have tried to pay for it for a couple of weeks thinking that it will connect to my tv right away but it still disconnect EVERYTIME!
2 ★2 stars since its really working when its on premium. its very limiting on trial! And the subscription was insanely pricey.. $4 per week!!! Pricier than standard Netflix monthly subscription. Better buy a physical remote than this!
5 ★I didnt know you have to pay for it, but it worked right away, and its really helping me out, there were some flaws on my end. I had to get a mouse to control the tv to connect it to wifi, but it was good after that, app works great, took a while to be able to use it.
1 ★Don't bother. 3 or 4 button presses (not nearly enough to do anything useful on a smart TV) renders the app useless and you are then constantly presented with the £16.99 Premium App which for me is far too expensive. I have uninstalled it.
1 ★So I opened the app and then I connected it to my TV, great right? actually almost simultaneously as soon as the TV connected a prompt came up on my screen telling me that I could use the app for three days for free and as soon as that's over I'd have to pay $4 dollars a week for an app that I can get from LG for Free!! Nobody download or waste their money on this app, I could see $4 dollars a month MAYBE - but per week? Hell no. Two free alternatives are LG TV Plus and LG ThinQ.
1 ★Shady developer attempts to trick users into a $3 per week subscription. It then asks users to submit a review using a fake Google Play Store review form. 🙄 Intrusive ads pop up with almost every press of the remote button, trying to trick users into clicking on ads. After awhile, the remote stops working entirely until the user is forced to watch video ads or subscribe $155.48 before taxes. 🤣
1 ★Sorry sorry sorry sorry app. Downloaded it & it would never never never find or connect to my smart tv. Uninstalled it within 10 minutes if that long after i installed it & even though it did never work the company charged my credit card $5.00 for a month of service on an app that is garbage & does not work & i uninstalled it within minutes of downloading. Company steals your money & they wont respond to your problem or refund the money they stole from you. STAY AWAY!!!
