eCHANGE er utviklet for å støtte vektstabilisering etter vekttap. Etter å ha gått ned i vekt, er detmange som opplever det utfordrende å holde vekten nede over tid. Avdeling for Digital Helseforskning
(DIG) ved Oslo universitetssykehus har, sammen med Sykehuset i Vestfold og Sørlandet Sykehuset,
utviklet eCHANGE et digitalt program for vektstabilisering. Verktøyet er basert på forskning,
evidensbaserte metoder, og brukererfaringer.
Ved å bruke eCHANGE til å regulere daglige rutiner og adferd kan nye levevaner tilegnes og
opprettholdes over tid, med stabilisering av vekt som et langvarig resultat.
