e-Outing 是伊利沙伯中學舊生會湯國華中學歷史科的考察專用平台。本平台協助老師於考察期間，讓學生一步一步解鎖相關考察的任務，引導同學自主完成考察，鞏固對考察地點的歷史認識。透過精心設計的任務，加深學生對不同歷史課題的了解，鞏固對歷史科課程的內容認知。e-Outing 的設計以「自主學習」、「電子考察」及「照顧不同學習能力」為目標。考察期間，學生可以透過本平台輕鬆閱讀原始史料，同時考察場境，然後回應不同類型的題目，老師亦可即時了解學生的考察進度，適時提供回饋。
