Binnen de lessen van middelbare scholen wordt ingezet op de ontwikkeling van meervoudige bekwaamheden bij leerlingen. Reflectie op dat proces is essentieel voor het formuleren van gepersonaliseerde leerdoelen. De Triflect app is een tool waarmee leerlingen leren reflecteren op zichzelf en op het gedrag van anderen. De app staat vol met observaties (rubrics) die leerlingen gebruiken om feedback te verzamelen. De leerling kan zichzelf evalueren, een klasgenoot kan hem/haar observeren, maar ook de docent heeft de mogelijkheid om een observatie in te vullen. Op die manier krijgt een leerling veel feedback vanuit meerdere invalshoeken. Op die manier wordt het leerproces inzichtelijker voor de leerling zelf en kan het beter gepersonaliseerde leerdoelen formuleren waar die betreffende leerling aan wil werken in de lessen. De geformuleerde leerdoelen kunnen voor de jaren daarna opnieuw als startpunt fungeren voor de lessen die gaan komen om die ontwikkeling effectief door te kunnen zetten.Latest updates
